Congratulations! Best Poster Award for Clemens Wittberg at Memrisys2025
Congratulations to PhD Student Clemens Wittberg who received the Best Poster Award at this year's Memrisys2025 conference.
Clemens received the award for his work “Identifying the Electronic and Ionic Transport in Area-Dependent VCM Cells.” His proud supervisor Regina Dittmann says: "He presented a compelling physical model based on electronic and ionic transport measurements of Pt/amorphous-SrTiO3 (STO)/TaOx/Ta devices. His approach can be readily extended to other types of valence change memory (VCM) devices featuring one Schottky barrier interface and one interface with native oxides....His innovative work continues to push the boundaries of memristive device research."
Many congratulations to Clemens from the TRR404 team - what an achievement!
