TRR404 Active-3D at Chipdesign Germany Forum!

Last week, four of our PrincipaI Investigators participated the CDG Forum in Dresden. From 6-7 May, the German and European Chipdesign-Community met to network, exchange ideas, review latest developments, and discuss the strategic development of microelectronics.
Renato Negra, Diana Goehringer, Akash Kumar, and Jens Trommer represented active-3D as well as their individual research groups.
